Used Multi-Format Capping Machines
Multi-format cappers are configured to handle more than one closure family or to accept interchangeable capping heads. They are useful on lines that change between screw caps, cork-related closures, crown caps or other closure systems.
What to Check
Identify exactly which closure types the machine can run and which tooling is included. Check cap feeders, head sets, torque or pressing systems, starwheels, bottle handling and changeover procedure. A machine described as multi-format is only as flexible as the supplied heads and format parts.
Integration
Confirm line speed, bottle pitch, electrical controls and cap-supply interfaces for every intended closure format.
