Natural corkers compress and insert straight cork closures into wine and spirits bottles. Controlled cork compression, bottle centring and insertion depth are important for sealing performance and bottle presentation.
What to Check
Confirm cork diameter and length, bottle neck dimensions and required insertion depth. Inspect compression jaws, cork feeding, insertion heads, bottle lifts, starwheels and change parts. Check whether the machine is configured for natural, technical or synthetic corks.
Integration
Corkers are commonly followed by capsulers and labellers on wine lines. Verify bottle pitch and line direction before installation.
