Used Isobaric Filling Monoblocks
Isobaric filling monoblocks integrate counter-pressure filling with one or more adjacent operations such as rinsing, capping or corking on a common frame and synchronized bottle-transfer system. They are used for carbonated beverages where pressure control and stable container handling are critical.
Applications
Typical products include beer, sparkling water, carbonated soft drinks, cider and sparkling wine. Closure options can include crown caps, screw caps, corks and other systems depending on the machine configuration.
What to Check Before Buying
Confirm the number of rinser grippers, filling valves and capping heads, rated working pressure, container format and closure type. Check filling-valve and seal condition, pressure vessel documentation, starwheels, transfer screws, cap or cork feeding, CIP capability, PLC generation and included change parts.
Integration
The monoblock speed must be matched with upstream container supply and downstream labelling, pasteurization and packaging. Electrical standards, line direction, inlet and outlet heights and utility requirements should be reviewed before installation.
