Bottle washer-dryers clean the exterior of filled and closed containers and remove residual moisture before labelling, inspection or packing. They are useful where product spills, rinse water or condensation would otherwise affect label adhesion or presentation.

Confirm bottle material and dimensions, cleaning method and drying technology. Inspect spray sections, brushes where fitted, air knives or blowers, pumps, filters, conveyors, guides and controls.
Integration
The machine should be positioned according to the product process and labelling requirements, with conveyor speed and bottle handling matched to adjacent equipment.
