Used PET Preform Injection Moulding Machines
PET preform injection moulding machines produce the preforms that are later reheated and stretch-blow moulded into bottles. They are used by bottle producers and integrated beverage plants that manufacture their own preforms.
What to Check
Confirm injection unit size, clamp force, mould cavity count, preform weight range and neck finish. Inspect screw and barrel, hot runner system, mould cooling, hydraulics or electric drives, controls and any supplied preform moulds.
Integration
Preform production should be sized against downstream blow-moulding demand, resin handling, drying, cooling and quality-control equipment.
