Used Depalletizers for Bottles, Cans and Containers
Depalletizers automatically unload empty bottles, cans, jars or other containers from pallets and feed them into the production line. They reduce manual handling and provide a controlled, continuous container flow to rinsing, blowing, filling or inspection equipment.
Main Configurations
Common systems include low-level and high-level sweep-off depalletizers, layer depalletizers, robotic systems and machines designed for bulk empty-container pallets. Slip-sheet and layer-pad handling may be integrated.
What to Check Before Buying
Confirm pallet dimensions, layer pattern, container material and required output. Check sweep mechanisms, lifting columns, pallet conveyors, slip-sheet handling, safety guarding, PLC controls, sensors and container discharge geometry. Verify whether empty-pallet stacking is included.
Applications
Depalletizers are used on glass bottle, can, jar and preformed-container lines. They often feed directly to bottle washers, rinsers, empty-container inspectors or air conveyors.
Integration
The discharge height, accumulation strategy and line-control interface should be checked against the receiving equipment. For fragile glass containers, handling stability and pressure control are especially important.
