Used Roll-Fed Labelling Machines
Roll-fed labellers apply labels supplied from continuous reels, typically wrapping the label around PET or glass containers. The label is cut to length and transferred to the container, often using hot-melt adhesive.
What to Check
Confirm label web width, cut length, bottle diameter and required speed. Inspect reel stands, web tension, cutting drum, transfer drum, glue system, bottle handling and change parts. Verify the label material the machine was designed to process.
Applications
Roll-fed labelling is widely used on water, soft drink, juice and other beverage lines where high-speed wrap-around decoration is required.
