Main Technologies
Machines may use spindle wheels, chuck heads, pick-and-place heads or rotary turret systems. Torque control is important for closure integrity and consistent opening performance.
What to Check
Confirm cap diameter, thread profile, bottle neck finish and required torque. Inspect capping heads, chucks, cap feeding and orientation, bottle handling, drives and change parts. Verify whether the capper supports plastic caps, aluminium closures or both.
Integration
The capper must be speed-matched to the filler and receive a stable cap supply from the elevator and orientator.
